Learn about Transfusion Medicine!

A transfusion occurs every 2 seconds, equaling ~ 15 million transfusions per year in the US. However, medical residents in the US receive, on average, less than 2 hours of training on transfusion-related challenges and complications.

Enjoy a new format of medical training! This is a game-based learning course, in which you will enter the jungle to capture Duffy’s priceless blood-red ruby, while encountering scenes like Kell’s Cavern and the Lewis Lagoon. Through your journey, you will gain confidence on managing transfusion protocols and adverse reactions through clinical scenarios. Estimated game-time is 30 minutes. Enjoy learning!
